A being with strong vitality
exists simply by being.

in February,
the performance of
Madison Chock embodied
this perfectly.

Why is it
that she captivates an audience
without a single word?

the vitality that flowing
from her presence is
fully expressed.

Most people attempt to
compensate for imbalance with
their surroundings or misalignment
within themselves by moving.

That is why
they cannot endure stillness.

But what distinguishes those
who are able to remain still?

Their presence does not
disappear even when they
do nothing.

Their energy does not fade
in silence. They do not react
outwardly—
they are full within.

In other words,
they exist
in a state that is complete
simply by being.

Stillness
is not the absence of energy.

It is energy
condensed within.

By contrast,
weaker presence comes
from energy that is scattered
outward, constantly
comparing, unable to remain
stable without movement.

That is why
they must keep moving.

Often,
without even realizing it.
