  • Elegance is Never an Accident

    Elegance is Never an Accident

    I am convinced that
    Christian Louboutin heels
    were created according to a
    precise angle, designed to reveal
the feminine ankle at its most
    beautiful and sensual.

    I have never heard
    Monsieur Louboutin say
    this himself.

Yet every time I walk in front of
    a mirror wearing his shoes,
    this truth becomes self-evident.

    That subtle inward
    inclination of the ankle.

    That almost imperceptible
    angle is, to me,
    the very expression of art.

    Louboutin shoes were
    born to reveal feminine
    beauty in its fullest expression.

    Yet simply wearing them is
    not enough to express their
    true magnificence.

    The essential point lies elsewhere.

    It is about walking without
    being dominated by high heels.

    Not allowing the shoes
    to take control.

    Remaining the one
    who guides the movement.

    This is what true autonomy
    with high heels means.

    When this harmony emerges,
it creates a synergy capable of
    revealing an elegance and
    presence far beyond what one
    might have imagined possible.

    During my high heel sessions,
    the first lesson never begins
    with walking freely.

The first step is simply learning
how to move the leg correctly
    while supporting oneself against
    a wall.

    The reason is simple.

As soon as we try to manage
balance as a whole, our attention
    becomes scattered.

    To be completely honest, walking
elegantly and correctly in high heels
from the very beginning is, according
to my understanding of the body’s
    structure, impossible.

    Ignoring the process and searching
    for shortcuts brings nothing.

    Because walking in high heels
    is where two structures meet.

    The structure of the body.

    And the structure of art.

    Before anything else,
the body must learn its correct
    position.

    The appropriate muscles must
    be awakened gradually.

This cannot happen in a single day.

The real question is therefore this:
    Do we choose to perceive
    this as a difficulty?

    Or as a process?

I deeply believe that this choice
determines far more than we imagine.

    In every field,
    there are no true shortcuts.

Yet when the path is viewed only
as effort or training, it becomes heavy.

But when it is understood as
    a process of awakening the
    healthy body already within us,
    the inner strength that already
    exists, and the natural
    presence waiting to emerge,
it becomes nothing but a continuous
    series of discoveries.

    Elegance and presence
    are never destinations.

    They are merely the natural
    consequences of this inner work.

Or perhaps simply its side effects.

  • The Essential Preparations Before Moving the Leg Forward in High Heels

The Essential Preparations Before Moving the Leg Forward in High Heels

    Walking in high heels is
much like the creation of sublime
    art or profound music.

Beneath what appears on the surface,
    there exists an invisible structure.

    One example of this structure
is found in the two essential
    preparations that take place
    before moving the leg forward
    when walking in high heels.

I would like you to watch
    the following videos,
    which explore this principle.

    Within the philosophy of
    ASAMI-PARIS high heels
    ,
    every moment of movement
    contains both the structure of
the body and the order of art.

    People may simply perceive
    this as elegance.

    Yet elegance is never accidental.

    Behind every graceful movement
    exists a precise structure,
    an invisible order.

    That is why walking
in high heels is an art.

  • Why I Live with High Heels

Why I Live with High Heels

    The reason I live with
    high heels has evolved in
    proportion to the evolution of
    my consciousness.

At different moments in my life,
    the reasons have been different.

At times, it was for beauty.
At times, it was to maintain
    my physique.

At other times, it was to care
    for my body during pregnancy
    and after childbirth,
or simply to live with elegance.

Today, the reason I live with
    high heels is different.

It is to return to my axis.

    Or perhaps a more accurate
    expression would be:
to remember it, again and again.

The axis of the mind and
    the axis of the body
    are perfectly connected.

One of the greatest benefits of
having an axis is that the
moment we drift away from it,
    we immediately notice.

    Without an axis,
the most dangerous thing is not
the drift itself, but the inability
    to recognize it.

    No one remains perfectly
    aligned forever.

    Neither mentally nor physically.

    What truly matters
    is how quickly
    we are able to return.

    The longer we remain
    in misalignment,
    the more familiar it becomes.

Over time, both the body and
    the mind begin to mistake
that position for the correct one.

This is often the first step
    toward physical discomfort.

    Fatigue.
    Pain.
    A sense of unease.

The same is true of the mind.

    For this reason,
    living with high heels
    has become, for me,
    less about beauty and more
    about returning to my axis.

    It is also a way
    of remaining humble
    before the body.

    Not humble in the sense
    of diminishing oneself,
    but humble enough to
    observe oneself with clarity,
    objectivity, and honesty.

Perhaps that is what true distance
    from oneself means.

    There are as many reasons
to make high heels a companion
in life as there are people.

    Because living with high heels
has a unique way of guiding
    each person toward what
they most need at a particular
    moment in their life.

    The philosophy of high heels
    is an immutable structure.
