    high heels, but for most, wearing heels means
    dealing with foot and back pain, or feeling fatigued
    after walking for long periods.

    There are also women who come across my blog
    who may not be interested in high heels at all

    The issue lies in where you place your weight on

    Engaging your inner leg muscles
    helps stabilize your body’s core.


    To visualize this better
    think about the muscles activated during
    Pilates exercises —

    your deep stabilizing muscles
    also known as the inner core muscles.

    The Importance of Proper Weight Distribution

    As you move your legs forward while walking
    much of your weight tends to shift to the
    outer edges of your feet.


    This over-engagement of the outer leg
    muscles can lead to imbalance and posture issues.


    An unstable core can contribute to back pain and
    various leg or foot problems. Furthermore
    when walking, every step exerts a force
    of 1.2 to 1.5 times your body weight on the ground.


    With high heels, this pressure increases due to
    their incline, making weight distribution
    even more critical.

    Whether you’re wearing heels or flats,
    how you distribute your body weight significantly
    impacts your health.


    The ideal spot is the inner arch of your foot
    specifically the ball of your foot—
    the padded area at the base of your big toe.

    A Simple Exercise for Walking in Flats or Heels

    Even if you’re walking in flats
    focus on engaging your inner leg muscles
    and feel this specific area while walking.


    When done correctly, you’ll notice improved
    blood flow throughout your body and a smoother
    walking motion with no unnecessary swaying.

    Why do those who once struggled
    to walk elegantly in high heels or experienced
    pain and fatigue when wearing them
    change after taking my lessons?

    The answer lies in the secret of
    ASAMI-PARIS high heel lessons.

    of slowing down during exercises
    both barefoot and in high heels.

    Walking in slow motion might seem easy
