  • A Quiet Soliloquy

    A Quiet Soliloquy

    What all sublime art and
    soul-stirring music have in
    common— is the stillness
    that exists within movement.

    When these two
    opposing energies merge
    into one, art is born.

    There is a quiet joy
    in feeling that moment.

    In truth,
    this is also expressed
    through the philosophy of
    ASAMI-PARIS high heels.

    One is the subtle interplay
    between femininity and
    masculinity expressed through
    the movement of the knee
    as the leg moves forward.

The other is the recurring rhythm
    of stillness and movement
that governs the flow of the
    entire body.

    Femininity and masculinity.
    Stillness and movement.

    Within the
    ASAMI-PARIS walk,
    which may appear simple
at first glance, exists a structure
    born from the fusion
    of these dual energies.

    Today,
I will not say much more.

    I was simply moved
by music that stirred my soul,
    and allowed that energy
    to become words.

    How one chooses
    to exist—
    that is everything.

  • Haute Couture Session

    Haute Couture Session

    I would like to express,
    as faithfully as possible,
what I am feeling at this
    moment.

    My high heel session is
    not merely about learning
    how to walk elegantly
    and correctly in high heels.

    I regard this time itself
    as a form of art.

    In truth,
    the session begins within me
    long before it officially starts.

    Even before my mind
    becomes aware,
    my body is already
    responding.

    Without consciously
    realizing it,
    I often cannot sleep
    the night before a session.

    My body and
    consciousness have
    already entered the artistic
    space shared with the client,
    and a quiet energy naturally
    begins to rise from within.

    When the session begins,
    we first start with stretching.

    This moment for me
is the beginning of art itself.

    I merge with the energy
    that inhabits the space,
    directing my awareness
    not only toward the inside
of the body, but also toward
    the invisible and noble
    energy surrounding it.

    This is not merely
    a preparation for walking
    in high heels
    .

    On a much deeper level,
    it is a gentle awakening
    of the body’s natural vitality—
    a force quietly rising from
    the deepest layers
    of the cells themselves.

    Afterward,
    I devote significant time
    to barefoot exercises,
    carefully observing
    and working with each client.

    This is also the moment
    when the body gradually
    shifts into movement.

It is one of the greatest
keys to walking in high heels,
    and at the same time,
a moment in which I guide
    the body without compromise.

    Some may describe it
    as correcting the world
    within one millimeter.

    And indeed,
    it is that delicate.

    Because
    walking in high heels
    is deeply connected to
    the architecture
    of the human body.

    Even the slightest imbalance
    can create discomfort,
    while the smallest refinement
    naturally gives rise
    to both beauty and health.

    I devote nearly two-thirds
    of the lesson
    to stretching
    and barefoot exercises.

    Anything built
    without foundation
    will eventually collapse
    with time.

    The very foundations
    that most people dislike
    are, in truth, everything.

    And finally, only then,
    do we arrive at exercises
    performed with
    high heels themselves.

    There are more than ten
    different high heel exercises,
    and from among them,
    I carefully select
    what the client’s body
    truly needs in that moment.

    The human body
    possesses far more
    individuality
    than we imagine.

    Each person carries
    their own habits,
    muscular development,
    and physical tendencies
    formed through daily life.

    For women,
    there is also
    the influence
    of hormonal balance.

    That is why
    each exercise becomes
    entirely unique.

    I regard these three
    parts together as art.

    Art is not something
    to merely admire.

    Nor is it something
    to simply observe from
    a distance.

    Art begins
    only when we ourselves
    become art.

    Only then
    can we truly resonate
    with it.

    This,
    I believe, is the order
    and the aesthetic
of being alive in this world.

  • Strength and Confidence

    Strength and Confidence

    Strength
    is not about proving
that you are superior to others.

It is the state in which
    your energy remains quietly within.

    It can also be described
    as a state where energy
    stays centered in one place
    without escaping outward.

    This is the axis.

    Confidence is not something
    gained through achievement.

    It is what naturally appears
    externally when
    that axis is established within.

    I translated this structure
    into the philosophy
    of walking in high heels.

    The ASAMI-PARIS
    high heel sessions
    are not merely
    about walking elegantly
    or improving the condition
    of the body.

    Those are simply by-products.

    They improve naturally
    as an inevitable result.

    Through the sessions,
    through walking in high heels,
    what becomes the true pillar
    is the establishment of
    this strength and inner confidence.

    And the return
    to one’s own axis.

    What occurs at that moment
    is a space of “nothingness”—
a state in which one is aligned
    with a sublime energy.

    The clients who come
    to my sessions
    instinctively know
    that everything resides
    within this invisible, mysterious
    space of emptiness.

    And when translated into words,
    it becomes
    “strength and confidence.”

    It is simply silence—
    a sacred beauty
    that can never be broken.

  • Why You Must Never Land on the Heel

Why You Must Never Land on the Heel

    Walking in high heels
    with elegance
is not a matter of habit—
it is a matter of structure.

    One of the most essential
    principles is this:

you must never land your foot
on the ground through the heel.

When you land on the heel,
    the knee naturally bends.

    As a result,
    you cannot place your weight
on the ball under the big toe.

    Without weight on this point,
    the inner leg muscles
    cannot activate.

    And without this activation,
    you lose control
    of your body’s axis.

    The body then compensates.

    The back begins to arch
    in order to maintain balance,
    which can lead
    to lower back pain.

    There is another pattern
    that is equally dangerous.

    Landing on the heel
    with the knee fully extended.

    In this case,
    the angle between the heel
    and the ground becomes acute,
    placing excessive stress
    directly onto the heel.

    Again,
    the body is forced
    to compensate—
    and the back arches.

This is not a matter of style.
It is a matter of structure.

  • Where Elegance is Born

    Where Elegance is Born

    To walk in high heels
    with artistic elegance—

    it is not enough
    to establish femininity alone.

    Rather,
    what must come first—
    absolutely—
is the axis of the body,
    the masculine axis
    that generates energy.

    Ultimately,
a perfect work of art emerges
    when femininity and masculinity
    exist in equal measure.

    However,
this is an extremely subtle realm.

    Which comes first—
    the establishment of femininity
    or masculinity—

    this determines everything:
    art, and destiny itself.

    The reasons behind this
    can be explained endlessly
    from every angle
    within the philosophy of
    walking in high heels.

    But today,
    I will express just one.

    Masculinity
    is the vertical axis.

    It is the physical axis
required to walk in high heels,
    and the very source
    from which presence emerges.

    Femininity, on the other hand,
    is infinite expansion.

    It is the beauty
    that allows presence
    to unfold without limit—
as perceived by the eyes of others.

    Even if one establishes
    only the masculine axis
    when walking in high heels,

    it becomes something
    artificial—almost mechanical,
    lifeless.

    When the expression
    of femininity is added,
    a dimensional depth appears—
    and people are moved.

    One of the profound aspects
    of the ASAMI-PARIS
    philosophy of high heels

    is that this fusion
    of masculinity and femininity
    is woven throughout.

    When people watch
    me walk,
    they simply feel,
    “it is beautiful.”

    But the reason lies
    in this hidden fusion.

    This fusion
    is never explained
    to those who pass by,
    nor to those I meet.

    Instead,
    through the presence
    and elegance I emit,
it is placed into the space
    in place of words.

    That is why
    people do not know
    what lies behind it.

    This is not a secret.

It is a structure of the body—
    a logic of presence.

    Most people
    have no real interest
    in how they walk.

    And yet,
it is within the act of
    walking that countless—
    infinite—
    secrets are hidden.

    Many believe
    that dresses and shining
    jewels create impact.

    But the truth is this:

    You yourself are the jewel.

    The rule through
    which presence overflows
    from within—is this:

    No comparison.
    No need to prove.
    Your worth—
    never placed
    in the hands of another.

    To embody this—
    is the philosophy of
    high heels.
