    A violinist, active with
     the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra
     came to Paris to take
     my high-heel walking lessons.

    Due to her daily violin practice
    she experienced neck pain and
    other physical issues.

    Despite these challenges
    she decided to take my classes
     to learn how to walk elegantly in high heels.

    Like her, many women
     suffer from back pain, shoulder stiffness
     headaches, and tired legs.

    However, these issues can be improved
     with my unique high-heel walking method.

    This method is based on a theory
     that treats the body as a single unit
    a one of-a-kind approach worldwide.

     The secret lies in stretching exercises
     and barefoot techniques that form
     the foundation for high-heel exercises.

    There are no shortcuts to beauty.

    Elegant women are mindful of details.

    I walk in high-heels in my daily life
    not just at my work

    This is my opinion which has
     remained unchanged from my past.

    Even if you wear beautiful clothes
    or your make-up perfectly,
    you can’t produce sublime energies.

    Barefoot exercises are essential
    for walking in high-heels.

    I assure you that
     the ASAMI-PARIS method
     gives you a great effect as physical
     therapy or hospital treatment.

    barefoot exercises
    and high-heeled exercises.

    There are so many bad labels
     about walking in high-heels as you know.

    But that is because of the wrong
     way to walk with them.

    since I created the high-heel Method.

    I’ll explain what’s important
    in preparation before bringing your
    leg forward to walk in high-heels.

    There are two points.

    The first thing is to point
     the tiptoes backwards to the maximum.

    But why?

    If you don’t do it
    your heel will touch the ground
    as you pass your leg forward.

    Our body is intelligent.

    There will be a risk of drawing a circle
     by passing the leg forward

    to avoid touching the ground unconsciously.

    I am sure that it’s not elegant.

    But the most important thing is

    This is because too much load is
     put on the outside of the other leg
     due to centrifugal forces.

    The second thing is that you have to
    bend your knee slightly
    when you point the tiptoes backwards.

    If you don’t bend your knee like this
    you will risk touch your high-heels
    to the ground as you move your leg forward.

    You’ll damage your precious shoes.

    That’s why you also need the second preparation.

    We need to establish the body’s axis to walk
     in high-heels elegantly and correctly.
    This requires pulling the abdominal
     muscles up and keeping the back muscles.
    In addition, the inner leg muscles are essential.

    A graceful rhythm also requires
     control to slow down breathing
     not to breathe too fast.

     This also requires control to
     live a life that is not rushed
    which is the mindset of living beautifully.

    for hours in high-heels without tiring or hurting
    yourself.

    There are two main things
     that are important for this.

    The first important thing is to put the
    weight on the ball of the big toe anytime
    instead of on the heel. Because if you don’t
    put your weight on the ball of the big toe
    the axis of the body does not work.

    As with many sports

    In the past
    I believed there was a

    the future is illusions.

    You can’t be happy as long as
     you’re looking for happiness.

    Happiness and joy exist
     only in the present
