    dealing with foot and back pain, or feeling fatigued
    after walking for long periods.

    of 1.2 to 1.5 times your body weight on the ground.

    specifically the ball of your foot—

     with refinement and artistry, it is, admittedly
     a rare sight to see women in high heels.

     The streets may echo with the rhythm
    of everyday life, yet the elevated grace
     that comes from wearing heels seems
     to have faded into the background.

    As for me, rain or shine
     I walk through Paris with
     my Christian Louboutin—
    whether I’m picking up my daughter
     from school or strolling through
     the cobbled streets.

     These shoes are not mere accessories;
     they are an embodiment of my existence.

    The children at the school often look up
     at me with curiosity
    as if my high heels are an enigmatic symbol.

    “Why do you wear high heels?”
    they ask, their innocent
     voices brimming with wonder.

    To them, I reply simply
    “Because they make me feel comfortable.”

    Of course, many would contradict that
     sentiment, stating that walking
    in high heels brings discomfort.

    I gave birth to my second child
    just two
    days before turning 40.

    While it’s often said that women
    must put in significant effort to return
    to their pre-pregnancy bodies
    in my case, I found this wasn’t necessary at all.

    A few days after giving birth
    my figure naturally returned, maintaining
    the same silhouette as before.

    So, what’s the secret?

    One key lies in ASAMI-PARIS’s
    unique stretching method.
     Even as my belly grew during
     pregnancy, I continued my stretches
    without fail.

    But these stretches are not just for
    flexibility; they include essential elements

    When weight is properly distributed
    it not only relieves hallux valgus
    but also improves posture and leg symmetry.

    Women with hallux valgus often have
    a weakened ball of the foot
    leading to an imbalanced weight
     shift toward the outer sole.

    This imbalance deforms the leg line
     and puts undue strain on external muscles.

    Even Pilates may not fully correct
     these issues because walking requires
    different muscles and movement patterns.
