    I was so shocked when
     I saw a model fall down on the runway
     and she threw her high-heels.

    I don’t like to accuse people
     but I feel so sorry for her behavior.

    People tend to blame someone else
     if it doesn’t work or something goes wrong.
    However, there is always a law of
     cause and effect.

    In the field of high heels, it can be said
    that the way to walk in high-heels.
     It is important that we know  the body systems
     and each muscle connection.

    So we need private lessons and proper
     exercises. This is because physical
    characteristics and habits vary from individual
     to individuals.

    And there is a foundation for all these,
    you can walk elegantly in high-heels.

    Walking in high-heels elegantly is a science.

    This is the magic of aesthetics.

    If you walk with high-heels without
    some exercises it is like you surf without
     knowing how to swim.

    Many people try to walk with only their
    legs, but walking in high-heels is a sport
    and we use all our body muscles.

    Our body consists of a single unit,
    so we have to strengthen each muscle
    and join together like an orchestra.

    The way you walk shows your dignity
    directly, but many people don’t realise it.
    Elegance can only be created from gravitas,
    even if we tend towards casual style
    in the world.

  • Strengthen your knee

    Strengthen your knee

    We strengthen the knee which is
     necessary to walk in high-heels correctly
    and elegantly in this exercise.

    We move forward our foot one
     centimetre at a time and the knee is strengthened
     by stopping for a few seconds at each point.

    At the same time, I check that the back of
     my client is not bent backwards and
     the head is not shifted forward.

    The head and back position is
    most obvious from the side.

    We tend to bend our back backwards
     if we don’t have enough knee muscles.

    The reverse is also true, we tend to lose
     our knee muscles if we bend our back
     backwards because it doesn’t work the body axis.

    That is to say, both approaches are needed
     and this exercise is the best solution.
    Don’t hesitate to touch the wall with your hand
     to keep the body balanced as in this video.

    Be careful about the type of sound

    I am careful not to make noise in daily life.
     For example, When I close the door or
     I put my phone or a glass on the table etc.

    The significance of the sound coming from
     my action is that there is no mind in the moment.
    Elegance is an attitude, so these noises
     tell me a warning tone.

    We can say that walking in high-heels as well.
     Many people make noise when they walk with them,
    but it is not elegant. If you land your foot
     on the ground from heel, of course you make noise
     at the moment the heel touches the ground.

    To avoid this, we have to point your tiptoe
     downwards before landing your foot
     on the ground. This is not only to avoid the noise
     but is also necessary for walking in high-heels
     correctly and elegantly.

    I love music, but It is important to be careful
     about the type of sound it makes, I think.

    We are captivated because their spirit is present there.

    Many people don’t care about how to walk.
    They do not know how much the way they walk
     impresses people. The way we walk is
     an expression of how we live your life.

    So, that’s why the act of walking is an art.
    It is not enough to wear a beautiful dress or
    have beautiful high heels. This is because the slightest
     deviation can disrupt the posture and halve its beauty.

    Walking is a work of art that anyone can create.
    And remember that high-heels are important for this.

    The key to relief of Hallux Valgus

    Wearing high-heels never sacrifices women.
    There are only benefits for us.
    If you feel pain in your foot, legs or back…

    It is a message from your body to learn
    to walk in high-heels properly.
    I wear high-heels after I take a shower
     in the morning until I take my dress off at night.

    I walk in Christian Louboutin heels all day
     and every day. But I never have any pain
     and problems. There is no reason to have some
     body problems because of high-heels.

    The solution is to put our weight
     on the ball of our foot when we walk anytime.
    The ball of the foot is a constant
     in the theories on sports techniques.

    If you can put your weight on this point,
    you can control your body using inner muscles.
    This progress will become an art.

    You can receive many benefits, when you
     manage to walk in high-heels elegantly.
    And then it’s my artwork to pass onto the clients
    during the high-heel lessons.

    10cm VS 12cm

    I feel something strange about my legs.
     Even though the heat wave is over,
    I still have swollen legs.

    Actually, our bodies get swollen, as the temperature rises.
    Even if symptoms can be alleviated, we can’t avoid
     this phenomenon. So I recommend that you ought to
     walk in high-heels daily.

    But in my case, why do I have swollen legs?
    I was thinking about it for a few days…
    And I finally found an answer. It was the height of heels
    when I walked them outside.

    Usually I go out with 12cm heels of Christian Louboutin,
    but I had walked in 10cm heels of red sole outside to
     repair heels cushions during seven days.


    As I was walking
     outside in 12cm heels after a long time,
    I recognized that I didn’t use my muscles
    as much as possible.

     That’s why my legs got swollen.

    Maybe many people wouldn’t believe
    the difference of just two centimetres.
     But it is true.

    Differences in height are not detrimental
     to health. It will lead our body to health.

    Of course, we need to develop our muscles
     to walk in high-heels correctly, there are only benefits,
    such as good posture and developing our beauty etc.

    Go Away Bunions

    I think many women are suffering from
     Hallux Valgus(Bunion).

    I feel sorry that they have to give up wearing
     high-heels because of such painful bunions.


     Actually, I have some clients who also
     suffered from it. They wanted to walk in
    high-heels, but bunions didn’t stop them
    from reaching their dream,
    so they knocked on my door.

    They wanted me to support them.
     I think you won’t believe me, but this is true,
    their problem was solved and  they can walk
     in high-heels  in their daily life now.

     I am not a doctor,
     I don’t have any medical license,
     but I can cure body problems with
    my method of high-heels.

    Almost all people make some mistake
     about their body. If we can awaken
     our proper muscles, our body will be healed.

     Especially those who are suffering from bunions,
    they need to put their weight on the ball of big toe.


    As you do it, you may feel a little bit of pain,
    but you don’t worry about it.

    You can develop proper muscles and
     you will solve the problem.

    One of my clients is working as a cabin crew,
    she had suffered from bunion before taking my lesson.


     She felt much pain whenever she stood up and felt
     her toe. She was scared to put her weight on her big toe
     at the beginning of the lesson.

    The pain went away as we continued.
     Before we did the high-heels lesson properly,
     we did stretching exercises first barefooted.
    As we did it, she realized how she should control her body.

    After our lesson, she decided to live
     with a pair of high-heels.
     All her worries and fears have flown away.

    I am sure that our body problems are caused
    by our bad habits.
      It’s our own fault. It only means that
    if we turn our bad habits into good habits,
    we will be healed naturally.

     Don’t forget that a pair of high-heels is your doctor.

    Walking in high-heels can say the same things.


     Many people think that the goal is to reach
     their destination. This is certainly the right answer,

    I always think about how to bring my leg
     forward elegantly, just in one step.


     ¨Walking¨ is a series of one-steps.
    If just one step is beautiful,

    The key of walking in high-heels

    There are some exercises to stimulate
     the ball of the big toe. Why do we need to train and
     put our weight on the ball of the big toe?

    The ASAMI-PARIS’s method is based on sports theory.
    Like many other sports,

    when we put our weight on the ball of the big toe,
     we can use the inside muscles of our legs.
    As a result, we can pull our abdominal muscles up and
     control the core muscles of our body.

    If you can’t put your weight on the ball of your big toe,
    as a result, you would lose your balance and the load
     would be added to the outside of your legs, and the outer
     muscles of the legs would develop which cause bow-legs.

    At the same time, the back backwards, which causes
     lumbago or many other troubles with your body.
     It is very important to be conscious of this ball of big toe
     while walking with high heels and this technique
     is the key in my lessons.

    Just as there are reasons not to walk in high heels,
    there are also reasons why you can walk in high heels.
