    words, into movement and teaching.

    If you’ve ever wondered
    how to walk elegantly in heels
    but instead experience pain
    or fatigue, you are not alone.

    Have you ever experienced
    pain in your feet from wearing
    high heels?

    Have you ever felt lower back
    pain while wearing them?

    Do you find yourself quickly
    exhausted when walking in heels?

    You are walking incorrectly
    in high heels.

    Most people walk in high heels
    the same way they walk in flat
    shoes.

    It’s no surprise that this
    leads to pain and physical
    discomfort.

    Walking correctly and elegantly
    in high heels doesn’t rely solely
    on the leg muscles.

    It’s a full-body workout that
    requires coordinated engagement
     of the entire muscular system.

    As with any sport, preparation
     before practice is essential.

    Take surfing as an example:
    beginners don’t simply head
    out into the ocean.

    They build core strength
     and practice paddling on land.

    Without that preparation
    the waves can easily overwhelm
     them and even cause injury.

    High heels are no different.

    Before stepping into them
    one must train the body
    through targeted preparation.

    Proper preparation is key
    when learning how to walk
    elegantly in heels, as the body
    must be trained both mentally
    and physically.

    This preparation consists
    of two essential elements.

    The first is the stretching
    exercises I discussed in the
    previous blog
    .

    The second involves barefoot
    exercises designed to refine
    the movement of the legs,
     train proper weight distribution
    and engage the right muscles.

    There are five core barefoot
    exercises in the ASAMI-PARIS
    method.

    They focus on building control
    and strength in the ball of the
    big toe, activating the inner thighs
     strengthening the body’s central
    axis and deep postural muscles.

    While similar muscles can be
    trained through methods
    like Pilates, the key difference is
    whether they are activated during
    real-life walking.

    Unless those muscles are
    engaged during movements
     that mimic real walking, the
    training becomes ineffective.

    Many women invest years
    into building beautiful bodies.

    However
    these refined muscles
    often remain inactive during
    daily walking.

    In the context of walking in
    high heels, such potential
    remains completely untapped.

    While knee strength is certainly
    necessary for walking in heels,
    training the knees in isolation is
    not sufficient.

    True refinement requires
    the coordinated activation
    of the knees and the upward
    engagement of the abdominals
    cultivated through exercises
     that address both together.

    In addition
    most of us unconsciously
    arch our lower back.

    This tendency becomes
    even more noticeable
    when wearing heels.

    It’s the body’s natural attempt
    to maintain balance
    but it often leads to back pain.

    Through barefoot exercises
    the body and brain can be
    trained to recognize and correct
    this misalignment.

    The five barefoot exercises
    are non-negotiable.

    Each plays a vital role in
    preparing the body to walk
    correctly in heels.

    Personally, I perform them
    every morning after stretching.
    And every day
    I discover something new.

    For instance
    the moment I put on heels
    after these exercises
    I can immediately feel the
    reduction in swelling in my feet.

    Many of my clients describe
    how light and easy walking
     in heels feels after these exercises.

    The benefits are undeniable.

    From a professional
    standpoint, I cannot imagine
    walking in high heels without
    stretching and barefoot exercises.

    Please don’t take these
    words as a passing thought.

    A Daily Ritual for Elegance and Balance

    There was a time in my past
    when I trained my body with
    strict discipline.

    For over a decade, I visited
     the gym every single day.

    I ran 300 kilometers each
    month in the early mornings
    and participated in the Honolulu
    Marathon four times.

    At the root of this dedication
    I now understand, was a deep
    sense of insecurity about my body.

    After moving to Paris and giving
     birth to my first son, I stopped
     going to the gym entirely. I gave
    up running as well.

    Instead
    I began a new daily ritual.

    It was the same stretching and
    five barefoot exercises that I offer
    to my clients in my High Heels
    Walking Course.

    These movements are designed
    specifically to walk correctly
    and elegantly in high heels.

    This practice was no longer
    driven by insecurity. It became
    a quiet devotion to walking
    beautifully in high heels and that
    alone.

    When I gave birth to my daughter,
     just two days before my 40th
     birthday, I placed no restrictions
    on my diet and did not engage in
    any special workouts.

    And yet, my body naturally
    returned to its shape and the
    weight dropped with ease
    simply through the ASAMI-PARIS
    stretching and exercises.

    Although I had heard that
    regaining one’s figure after a
    later-in-life birth could be difficult
    my experience confirmed otherwise.

    It became clear to me that
    this method I had created was not
    only for high heels, but also a path
    toward the ideal body.

    And so today, I wish to speak
     about the ASAMI-PARIS
    Stretching Method.

    This method is not merely
    a tool to soften the body.

    It is a powerful practice that
    activates the body’s innate
    capacity for self-healing.

    Built on the philosophy that the
    body functions as a unified whole,
    this method is carefully structured
    to support every element required
    to walk with grace and precision in
    high heels.

    From stretches that realign the
    position of the pelvis to those
     that promote lymphatic flow in
    the neck, each component is
    essential and none can be left out.

    Even the order of the stretches
    is meticulously calculated.

    Many clients who previously
    struggled with back pain or
    stiff shoulders have shared that
    they no longer need osteopathy
    or massage therapy.

    This method is effective not
    only for women but also for men.

    Even those with no interest in
    high heels find it highly beneficial
    for overall health.

    Among the movements,
    there is one especially important
    stretch that targets the gluteus.

    Many people do not realize
    that flexibility in the gluteus
    is necessary.

    However, when it comes
    to walking correctly and elegantly
    in high heels, the softness of
    the gluteus becomes an essential
    element.

    The gluteus is the largest
    muscle in the lower body.

    To leave such a powerful muscle
    stiff and inactive or to
    intentionally awaken and soften
    it through stretching
    creates a dramatic difference in
    balance while walking in heels.

    This is because walking in heels
    requires the development
    of a strong and stable central
    axis of the body.

    The muscle that helps to form
    this axis is the gluteus.

    From a more technical
    perspective, when stepping
    forward, one must avoid landing
    heel-first.

     This requires pointing the toes
     strongly downward.

    At the same moment, the gluteus
    of the front leg must be lifted upward
    with as much control and strength
    as possible.

    This upward action activates
    the knee muscle on the opposite
    leg and also enhances the strength
    required to draw the abdominal
    muscles upward.

    However, if the gluteus is stiff
    it cannot be lifted independently.

    Instead, the pelvis moves
    unnaturally, leading to
    misalignment and instability.

    To control the gluteus precisely
    and independently, stretching
    this area is essential.

    As clients continue with their
    lessons, they often begin to notice
    greater balance and fluidity as their
    gluteus becomes more supple.

    If someone has never stretched
    before, it may take three to six
    months of daily practice to achieve
    the ideal softness in the gluteus.

    There is no need to rush.

    Rather, I encourage you to enjoy
    the process. As your gluteus
    becomes more flexible, you will
    begin to experience a new lightness
    and ease in walking with elegance
     in high heels.

    I want you to experience and feel
    for yourself that what I am sharing
     is not merely a theory. It is a truth.

    And it is a deeply fascinating
     transformation. There is nothing
    unnecessary within these stretches.

    Today, I have simply shared the
    significance of one specific stretch
    for the gluteus.

    Even within the ASAMI-PARIS
    method
    , stretching is never merely
    functional.

    In each session, I offer these
    stretches not simply as exercises,
    but as a living work of art.

    With every breath, every
    movement, every refined
    extension from the fingertips
    to the toes, we create a

    The Parisian elegance lifestyle
    carries an unmistakable energy.
    It is sublime, rare and found
    nowhere else in the world.

    Living in alignment with the

    It is clear to me that everything
    begins with education
    especially the kind passed down
    in daily life.

    These habits are not imposed
    but are absorbed naturally
    by children.

    They are internalized simply
    as a way of being.
    In this process, fathers play a
    particularly powerful role.

    The aesthetic sensibility they
    embody is rare and distinct.

    It is not only
    about fashion or clothing.

    It is their calmness
    maturity and quiet dignity that
    create refinement.
    They are not trying to be elegant.

    Their habits and self-awareness
    naturally express it.

    Living alongside such quiet beauty
    on a daily level is what inspired me
