    The Story of a Miracle – Freed from Back Pain

    When my clients mention to
    their loved ones that they are taking
    high heel walking lessons as a
    form of high heels back pain relief
    the reaction is often the same:

    “How is that possible?
    Don’t heels only make the pain worse?”

    And yet, walking in high heels can
     indeed help relieve back pain —
    a fact I witness every day.

    Contrary to popular belief, back pain
    and high heels are not incompatible.

     This surprising truth is revealed
    step by step.

    Many people have tried everything:
    doctors, osteopaths, physiotherapists…

    While these approaches may provide
    temporary relief, the pain almost
    always returns.

    Often, it is those who are weary
    of going in circles who finally discover
    the ASAMI-PARIS method.

    And that is when true
    transformation begins.

    I am not a magician, nor do
    I possess any supernatural power.

    My role is to awaken what the body
     already knows but has forgotten:
    its innate capacity for self-healing.

    believed in one thing:

    Now, let’s return to
    today’s subject: back pain.

    Over the years, I have welcomed
    people suffering from all types
    of lower back pain — mild, severe
    chronic, or sudden.

    Among them, I remember a woman
    who came from Hawaii.
    She suffered from intense chronic pain.

     A business executive, she spent
    long hours sitting at her computer.
    But the pain had become so severe that
    sitting had become unbearable.

    Upon discovering my website
    she made a bold decision: to come
    to Paris for a three-day course.

    It was an enormous challenge for her.

    Traveling from Hawaii with back
     pain was almost impossible.
    Yet she came, bringing with her a
    pair of stunning 14 cm heels.

    She dreamed of walking elegantly
    despite her pain. But on the first day,
    I did not let her wear her heels.

    In her condition, it would have been
    like applying a shiny varnish on a
    damaged floor — attractive at first glance
    but lacking true transformation.

    A common trait among those with
    back pain: pronounced weakness
    in the muscles around the knees.

    The link between lower back pain
    and knee weakness is direct.

    So, on the first day, we worked
    exclusively barefoot to strengthen
    that area. But it is not enough to
    build muscle randomly.

    A single postural
    error can worsen the situation.

    The body is extremely precise.

    It is so finely structured that the
    slightest rotation, a slight raising or
     lowering of the pelvis, a tilt forward
    or to the side… can be enough to
    cause injury.

    I am not a magician, but I believe
    this capacity for precise and intuitive
    analysis is a gift I cherish every day.

    On the second day, we continued
    with stretches and barefoot exercises.

    And that work bore fruit: her knee
    muscles regained enough stability.

    That day, she was able to begin
    some exercises in heels.

    By the third day, her transformation
    was remarkable. The barefoot work
    had become fluid and gave way to a
    session mostly in high heels.

    A miracle in her eyes.
    But an expected outcome for me.

    The targeted strengthening around
    her knees had restored the balance
     her back was seeking.

    Her pain had diminished.
    She was deeply moved to finally
    be able to walk in heels without
    suffering.

    This testimony perfectly illustrates
    the reality of high heels back
    pain relief — a truth still too little
    known.

    But this was not an end.
    It was a beginning.

    Today, when she feels tension
    in her back, she knows how to recognize
    the signs.

    She resumes the exercises
    with awareness.
    Thanks to online courses,
    she no longer needs to cross the world.

    We continue together, like a
    doctor watching over their patient.

    That her 14 cm heels became her
    healers… for her, that was a miracle.
    For me, it is a logical consequence.

    The body is an architecture.
    And all pain has a cause.

    Behind every work of art, and
    every piece of beautiful music
    lies an invisible logic.

    So it is with every step taken in heels.

    That is why I have always called
    this method:
    The Philosophy of the High Heel.

    In this client’s case, the cause
    was weakness in the knees.
    But every body tells a different story.

    It is my role to listen to that
    story, to read it with precision.

    That is why I proudly claim that
    my courses are a true haute couture
    lesson
    , entirely focused on each being
     in all their uniqueness.

    Our walk is an expression of
    how we live. It reveals, step by step
    moment by moment, whether
    we truly put our heart into the way
    we exist.

    Relieving Lower Back Pain: A Story by the ASAMI-PARIS Method

    Let me share with you an inspiring
     story of how the ASAMI-PARIS Method
    helped alleviate lower back pain.

    Today, a client who attended my
    lesson mentioned experiencing
    lower back pain before the lesson.

    She described the discomfort
    as being concentrated 
    in the lower part of her back and
    admitted she wasn’t sure of the cause.

    Before beginning the high-heel
    exercises, we always start with
    barefoot exercises.

     It was during this phase that
    I immediately noticed a slight
    imbalance in her body—
    a forward tilt of the pelvis.

    With over 5,000 private lessons
    under my belt, including online
    lessons, my analytical skills allow
    me to observe subtle differences
    in posture and movement from
    every angle—front, back, and
    even side views. 

    This enables me to detect
    even the smallest irregularities.

    For this client, I guided her to
    slightly shift the upper part of
    her pelvis backward, aligning it
    vertically with the ground.

    Her body had become so
    accustomed to the forward-tilted
    pelvis position that her brain
    had mistaken it for being correct.

    Initially, she felt uncomfortable 
    when adjusting to the
    correct alignment. 

    However, it didn’t take long for
    her to recognize the improvement.

    She told me”I feel much more
    balanced now” 
    which validated the adjustment.

    During the high-heel exercises
    another hidden habit emerged:
     her right pelvis was slightly
    elevated compared to the left
    creating an imbalance.

    The pelvis should always
    remain level, even when
    wearing high heels. 

    Similar to how water flows naturally
    from high to low, an uneven
    pelvis places unnecessary pressure
    on one side of the body.

    If the right pelvis is higher than
    the left, the tilt causes strain on
    the left side leading to issues like
    back pain, leg discomfort and
    misalignment of the body’s
    central axis.

    This imbalance puts stress on
    multiple areas of the body.

    Through specific exercises
    in high heels, I guided her to
    lower the right pelvis restoring
    balance and alignment.

    At the end of the session, 
    I asked if her lower back pain
    had improved. 

    To her amazement, she replied:

    “The pain is gone. I feel no discomfort 
    whatsoever. Instead, my body feels
    light and comfortable. 
    This is such a fascinating experience!”

    This is the magic of 
    the ASAMI-PARIS Method. 

    It’s why I confidently consider 
    myself a “Body Doctor.”

    When the body is guided to
    function correctly, miracles happen—
    but to me, this is simply logical.

    Pain and physical issues stem
    from the body’s mechanics
    and correcting them is equally
    logical.
