and an exercise in high heels.
High-heels Walking Lesson
This course takes place in a Parisian salon
These course provide a structured
program for comprehensive learning,
divided into three parts:
1. Stretching
Full-body work to increase
flexibility and improve circulation.
2. Barefoot Exercises
Strengthening essential muscles for
achieving an elegant posture in High-heels.
3. High-heels Exercises
More than ten types of exercises
designed to perfect every detail of your walk.
The first part
– Stretching –
The ASAMI-PARIS stretching method
not only softens the body but also
awakens its self-healing powers.
It includes all the necessary elements
to walk elegantly and correctly in high-heels.
Based on the idea that the body
is a unified whole, these stretches
provide good stimulation to the muscles
and activate various bodily functions.
They also improve blood circulation
and metabolism, reducing feelings of
fatigue and alleviating menstrual-related issues.
Even if you are not interested in high-heels,
I would still recommend
the ASAMI-PARIS stretching routine.
The second part
– Barefoot exercises –
After stretching,
we move on to barefoot exercises.
It’s essential to understand which
muscles to use and how to move
your leg elegantly without high-heels.
During barefoot exercises,
we will stimulate the ball of the foot,
strengthen the abdominal muscles,
leg muscles, gluteus, and inner thighs,
while establishing the body’s central axis.
We also practice the correct knee angle
for walking beautifully in high-heels.
If you can’t master these barefoot exercises,
it is impossible to walk elegantly and
correctly in high-heels.
There are five barefoot exercises in total.
The third part
– High-heels Exercises –
Following the barefoot exercises,
we proceed to high-heels exercises.
There are more than 10 different
types of exercises.
Just as beauty is not created overnight,
walking beautifully in high-heels requires
consistent practice and a variety of approaches.
This is why anyone can learn
to walk gracefully in high-heels.
