    A violinist, active with
     the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra,
     came to Paris to take
     my high-heel walking lessons.

    Due to her daily violin practice,
    she experienced neck pain and
    other physical issues.

    Despite these challenges,
    she decided to take my classes
     to learn how to walk elegantly in high heels.

    Like her, many women
     suffer from back pain, shoulder stiffness,
     headaches, and tired legs.

    However, these issues can be improved
     with my unique high-heel walking method.

    This is my opinion which has
     remained unchanged from my past.

    Even if you wear beautiful clothes
    or your make-up perfectly,
    you can’t produce sublime energies.

    No tiredness, No pain

    One woman came to Paris
    to take my high-heel lessons.
    She felt tired everyday, even when
    she had been walking in flat shoes.

    She wasn’t interested in high-heels,
     but she decided to take my lessons
    because she wanted to say goodbye
     to foot problems.

    The solution to all problems is
    which part we put on the weight and

     requires full body exercise.

     building before practice to walk
     in high-heels.

    It is exactly the same as practising
     the basics on the beach before
     practising in the sea as surfing.

    There are five barefoot exercises
     on the ASAMI-PARIS method.

    We need to recognize which
    muscles we have to use,
    how to move our leg forward
    elegantly before practicing
    with high-heels.

    If you can’t do these things
     barefoot, it is impossible to walk
    in high-heels correctly and elegantly.

    Foundation building is a
     somber exercise, but an unavoidable
     path to walking beautifully and elegantly.

    I think you can’t believe that
    your back pain is solved by high-heels.
    But it’s true.

    I’m not a doctor, but I’ve improved
    many women suffering from back pain
    through my high-heel lessons.

    There are many causes of back pain,
    however, there is one common point
    of this problem.

    That is, the back bends backwards.
    Especially, as you walk in high-heels,
    you tend to bend your back backwards
    to try to keep the body balanced.

    The key to preventing this is the knees
    and abdominal muscles.
    The knee muscles and abdominal muscles
    are related. And the abdominal muscles
    and back muscles are related.

    In addition, without back muscles,
    the back would bend backwards.
    This will cause back pain.

  • Strengthen your knee

    Strengthen your knee

    We strengthen the knee which is
     necessary to walk in high-heels correctly
    and elegantly in this exercise.

    We move forward our foot one
     centimetre at a time and the knee is strengthened
     by stopping for a few seconds at each point.

    At the same time, I check that the back of
     my client is not bent backwards and
     the head is not shifted forward.

    The head and back position is
    most obvious from the side.

    We tend to bend our back backwards
     if we don’t have enough knee muscles.

    The reverse is also true, we tend to lose
     our knee muscles if we bend our back
     backwards because it doesn’t work the body axis.

    That is to say, both approaches are needed
     and this exercise is the best solution.
    Don’t hesitate to touch the wall with your hand
     to keep the body balanced as in this video.
