    Let me share an extraordinary story
     for those of you who dream of walking
    gracefully in heels without suffering.

    One of my clients had been struggling
     with hallux valgus for over ten years.

    Despite seeking medical advice,
    she found no relief and had given up
    on wearing heels, resorting only to flat shoes.
     For her, wearing heels seemed impossible.

    One day, she came across my blog
    and read an article about how the
    art of walking in high heels could
     help alleviate hallux valgus.

    Intrigued but skeptical, she decided to
     travel to Paris and attend my high-heel
     walking lessons, even though doctors
     had been unable to ease her pain.

    When she arrived in Paris,
    she underwent an intensive three-day
    training. To her astonishment, she noticed
    her pain gradually diminishing,
    and the curvature of her legs began
    to align more harmoniously.

    Imagine her joy and emotion as
    she realized she could once again
     walk in heels without discomfort.

    Many women like her have found
    relief from hallux valgus pain and
    regained confidence through
    my ASAMI-PARIS method.

    The Secret Behind My Method

    It all starts with specific exercises,
    beginning with five types of barefoot
     movements before even putting on heels.

    One key exercise focuses on
     strengthening the ball of the foot (thénar).

    Mastering how to distribute weight
     on this area allows my clients to
    walk with natural elegance.

    When weight is properly distributed,
    it not only relieves hallux valgus
    but also improves posture and leg symmetry.

    Women with hallux valgus often have
    a weakened ball of the foot,
    leading to an imbalanced weight
     shift toward the outer sole.

    This imbalance deforms the leg line
     and puts undue strain on external muscles.

    Even Pilates may not fully correct
     these issues because walking requires
    different muscles and movement patterns.

    By incorporating heels into the training,
     we activate muscles in a unique way,
     helping to restore balance and alignment.

    I think many women aresuffering from
     Hallux Valgus(Bunion).

    I feel sorry that they have to give up
    wearing high-heels because of such
    painful bunions.

    Actually, I have some clients who
     also suffered from it. They wanted to
     walk in high-heels, but bunions
     didn’t stop them from reaching their dream,
    so they knocked on my door.

    They wanted me to support them.
    I think you won’t believe me,
    but this is true, their problem was solved
    and they can walk in high-heels in
     their daily life now.

    Wearing high-heels never sacrifices women.
    There are only benefits for us.
    If you feel pain in your foot, legs or back…

    It is a message from your body to learn
    to walk in high-heels properly.
    I wear high-heels after I take a shower
     in the morning until I take my dress off at night.

    I walk in Christian Louboutin heels all day
     and every day. But I never have any pain
     and problems. There is no reason to have some
     body problems because of high-heels.

    The solution is to put our weight
     on the ball of our foot when we walk anytime.
    The ball of the foot is a constant
     in the theories on sports techniques.

    If you can put your weight on this point,
    you can control your body using inner muscles.
    This progress will become an art.

    You can receive many benefits, when you
     manage to walk in high-heels elegantly.
    And then it’s my artwork to pass onto the clients
    during the high-heel lessons.
