I used to have inferiority complex about my legs. They were fat and big! When I started my work as a model. I was not confident about my body. Can you imagine? I could always meet women who have slim waist and slim legs. I think, we feel nervous and sensitive about being a model. Because if we gain weight, we will soon lose our job. I jogged everyday, I went to sports club and I even participated in Honolulu Marathon for four times. I exercised stoically, but I had never achieve my ideal body. Now I transformed into my ideal ones. I acquire toned legs and I can keep a beautiful silhouette. From my experience, I can assure you that if you want to get an attractive pair of legs,  you ought to walk in high-heels. Simply walking with them is not enough, proper technique and training are deemed necessary and an absolute must.
